THE KANSAS STATE JOURNAL, Lawrence, January 33 (?), 1862  The dateline of this issue has an obvious printing error which states the issue is dated January 33, 1862 were not common, but were not unheard of in 18th and 19th century newspapers. However, most dateline errors were of dates which were possible, but simply missed during proofing (ex., the 10th being dated the 11th).
The remainder of the issue has typical news of the day and war reports from the first year of the Civil War.
