On the front page under "Acts and Resolutions passed at the Second Session of the Thirtieth Congress" is: "AN Act to establish the territorial government of Minnesota..." signed in type: James K. Polk. Other news of the day includes: "History of the Horse" "The Fire At St. Louis" "An Alabama Blackleg" and more .
Early and uncommon from Florida. A volume I issue (number 22). Large area of damp staining in the upper half, some in the text of the act.
