EVERY SATURDAY, Boston, Dec. 17, 1870  The full front page is an illus. by F.O.C. Darley captioned: "Going To Court." showing a policeman separating a motley-looking woman & man, as a crying child clings to the woman's skirt. Note: Felix Darley was a famous illustrator of the day, noted for illustrating Washington Irving's Rip Van Winkle & The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
Inside has 4 halfpg. prints of scenes in Paris, and a nice full page: "Emigrants Landing at Castle Garden" & "Interior of the New York Produce Exchange" & "Bank of England Parlor".
Complete in 24 pages, nice condition.
