The top of page 2 has some nice column heads including: "The Washington Tragedy" "Another Bloody Act" "The Assassin Caught" "Booth Shot and Killed" "Full Particulars & Details" with the text taking close to two columns (only portions shown). Among the subheads not shown are "Booth's Conduct Since the Murder" "Booth's Harborers Claim Innocence" "Harold Refuses to Talk Any" "Great Excitement at Washington" and "Various Interesting Statements".
Also on pg. 2 is: "The President's Remains" "Progress Of The Funeral Train" plus there are miscellaneous reports relating to the Civil War as well.
Complete in 4 pages, bit irregular at the blank spine, very nice condition.
