Page 3 has a one paragraph report about a boxing match near London between Molineux, the famous black man from New York, and a young Englishman named Rimmer. The report states in part: "...In the course of 15 minutes the black pounded his antagonist most tremendously..." with mention that various spectators: "...from pique or sympathy, crowded in the ring and fought promiscuously about twenty minutes." Says there were 15,000 spectators of all ranks at the brutal exhibition.
