NEW YORK TIMES, March 4, 1874  The front page includes: "California" "The Vasquez Band of Robbers Heard From--The Apaches" which begins: "The notorious Vasquez & his gang of outlaws have again been heard from..." concerning the robbery of a stagecoach (see).
Page 5 has: "The Temperance Crusade--Enthusiastic Meeting in Brooklyn Last Evening" "Addresses by Rev. Dr. Cuyler, Dr. Duryea, Rev. Sarah Smiley, and Others" which takes 1 1/2 columns.
Ten pages, evenly toned & browned at the margins mostly loose at the spine, some edge tears, an archival mend to pg. 1.
