A very uncommon title that lasted for only 15 issues, likely produced for a fair to benefit the efforts of the Civil War. This is the #8 issue. Inside has a lengthy song: "Dedicated to the 9th Maryland Volunteers, Sun on their Return from Libby Prison" to the tune of 'When Johnny Comes Marching Home' (see photos). Half of the back page is taken up with a diagram of the: "Ground Plan Of Fair Tables".
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
