"Madison Square Garden, the largest assembly building in New York city, was sold Thursday which already has laid plans for tearing down the structure and erecting on the site five modern skycrapers from 16 to 20 stories high. Madison Square Garden has never been a financial success. Some time ago it was announced that J.
