This 40 page newspaper has one column headlines on the front page that include: "CONTACT WITH MOON ACHIEVED BY RADAR IN TEST BY THE ARMY", "Signal Sent From Laboratory in Jersey Is Reflected Back 2.4. Seconds Later", "Vast Possibilities Seen" and more. Lengthy text continues on page 19 with related radar visual (see images).  This tells of the very first contact with a celestial body by humans on Earth.
