CONNECTICUT MIRROR, Hartford, Connecticut, January 14, 1811  On the second page of this issue under "Congress" was the reporting on the reading of "the bill making an appropriation to supply the deficiency in the appropriation of 1810 for the relief of distressed seamen" along with consideraton of the bill extending the laws now in force in Orleans territory to the Perdido. The front page carries numerous correspondences (documents) between the United States and France with the introduction of this information being signed in type by JAMES MADISON.  Also within this issue are other news items and a variety of advertisements.
