The text has a subhead: "U. S. Mourns Loss Of Baseball Hero" "Had Been Ill Two Years". An inside page is taken up with a montage of photos of him during his career and the sports page features a banner headline: "Nation Mourns Babe Ruth's Death" with 3 more photos and other subheads (see images).
