Clark Thread Works' Chimney...

Item # 577341 ·
SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN, New York, October 20, 1888  The frontpage of the issue features "The Highest Chimney in the United States, Recently Erected at the Clark Thread Works" which was located at Kearney, New Jersey. Other articles include: Wrench, Sled, Screw Propeller, Howell Torpedo, Clothes Drier, Fly Net, & many more. These illustrations have accompanying text that goes along with them. Very interesting advertisements as well, back in the day when many of the normal things we use today were just being invented.

This is complete in 16 pages with a small archival mend in the lower right corner of the back page, otherwise is in good condition
