NEW-YORK COMMERCIAL ADVERTISER SUPPLEMENT, New York, April 27, 1859  This single page broadsheet "supplement" was published on the occasion of the Brooklyn Water Celebration. The first column begins "THE BROOKLYN WATER WORKS. Celebration of the Introduction of WATER INTO BROOKLYN. - History of the Enterprise for a Period of Twenty-Five Years, Compiled from Official Sources." This includes illustrations of Brooklyn in 1810 and 1859.  The backpage also contains some advertisements.

This measures approximately 31.5 x 23 inches with some discoloration at the fold-lines and stray handwriting about the masthead, otherwise in good condition. PLEASE NOTE: This issue is too large to be placed normally in a folder -- if a storage folder is purchased, it will require the issue being folded in half.
