Rare camp newspaper from "somewhere"...

Item # 565264 ·
THE MESSAGE CENTER, "Somewhere In The South", November 7, 1942

* Rare camp newspaper from "somewhere"
* World War II - WWII military original

This is one of many "camp" newspapers from World War II done somewhat crudely by military personnel on a mimeograph machine. Complete in 4 pages being two small sheets stapled together. The location of this camp was apparently secretive given the location noted in the masthead, and the piece inside noting: "Published every Saturday at Camp Blank."

Content consists of various war-related tidbits and doings in camp, etc., with a few illustrations. Measures 8 by 13 in., nice condition.
