All columns on all four pages have wide, black "mourning rules" for the death of the President. Among the one columns headlines on page 3 are:

There are various reports on the front page and page 2 as well.

This issue is complete in four pages, is slightly irregular at the spine, mostly loose at the spine, and has various margin tears. The newspaper must be handled carefully.
