Includes a report that describes Hildebrand as a daring and ruthless bushwhacker, plus talk about the attempts to capture him, and word that a $10,000 reward was being offered for his capture. There is also a Proclamation issued by the sheriff of Washington County regarding the capture and arrest of Hildebrand, as well as a physical description of him."
