WIRZ", "Some Discussion About Handcuffing the Prisoner", "The Tendency of Evidence the Same as on Former Days", and more, with the text taking 2 1/2 columns of the front page. Including is a letter from Henry Wirz. Wirz was the warden of the infamous Civil War prison camp in Andersonville, Georgia, where the Yankee prisoners were treated so horribly. Complete in 8 pages, nice condition save for about one-fifth of an inside leaf which is torn away, affecting mostly ads
