The entire front page and one-third of page 2 are taken up with the: "New Year's Address to the Readers of the Connecticut Courant", which is the lengthy poem considered the "Carrier's Address"  and typically found in the first issue of the year (see photos). This being the first Supplement issue of the year it still has the full titlepg. for the volume (see photos).
Complete in 8 pgs., measures about 8 1/2 by 10 3/4 inches, tape at the outer spine, generally quite nice.
