EMANCIPATOR AND FREE AMERICAN, Boston, Dec. 14, 1843. The Presidents Message to Congress takes most of the front page, signed in type: John Tyler. In the last column is a list of the members of the 28th Congress. Has the subscribers name written above the masthead, two very minor ink stains in the text of the message, bit of lite fold rubbing and lite fold foxing, otherwise in good condition. 4 pages.
