THE PENNSYLVANIA GAZETTE, Philadelphia, May 14, 1767  Nice engraving of a coat-of-arms in the masthead makes this a displayable, colonial issue. In additional to this regular four page issue is a four page "Supplement to the Pennsylvania Gazette" which is entirely taken up with advertisements, one of which on the front page is for the sale of  "...The Manor of Pennsbury, in Bucks County, containing about 6000 acres of land...one of the most valuable tracts that is now for sale in America..." with various details. This was the home estate of William Penn, now being sold for Ann Penn (see photos). There are a total of 8 pages with this issue. A bit of light foxing spots, otherwise in quite nice condition.
