Full page of illustration of "With the Volunteer Troops at Jacksonville, Florida." 1/4 page portrait of "Lieutenant-Colonel Andrew S. Rowan, U.S. Vols." along with a 1/4 pg. map of "Lieutenant Rowan's Route Across Cuba." 1/4 pg. portrait of "Castelar in His Study." the doublepage centerfold is of "Despatchers for the Admiral."
