HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, March 16, 1895  The front page is a political cartoon on the "funeral" of the 53rd Congress, includes Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty entitled "Reading the Will - A Few Legacies Left by the Defunct Congress" and is by W.A. Rogers.
Inside the issue is a one-third page illustration of "The New Submarine Torpedo-Boat for the United State Navy" which has accompany text. A full page print: "Proposed Hudson River Suspension Bridge Between New York and New Jersey" also has accompanying text "The North River Bridge". A full page "Along the Dalmatian Coast" is comprised of 7 photos. The doublepage centerfold with 7 photos: "The Boston Public Library".
Complete in 24 pages contains additional prints and related text.
