HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, July 14, 1877  The full ftpg. is a cartoon by Thomas Nast showing the Sphinx, captioned: "British Interests". Inside has a fullpg: 'Scene On a New York Dock--Stevedores Unloading a Ship' & also: "The 'Fourth In Blackville'..." which shows a black family celebrating the 4th of July. Nice & dramatic fullpg: 'Paul Jones's Great Victory--the Bonhomme Richard & the Serapis", and almost a fullpg. of 5 scenes: "Illustrations of Torpedo Warfare".  Many more prints as well.
Complete in 16 pages, good condition.
