Large horizontal full page illustration of "Marshal Bazaines Army Leaving Metz After the Surrender." 1/2 page illustration of "General Von Moltke Making a Reconnaissance Before the Walls of Paris." 1/2 page illustration of "King William I. of Prussia, at a Camp Fire, Dictating a Dispatch to Count Von Bismarck." 1/2 page illustration of "A Slight Misunderstanding." Full page illustration of "Execution of a Chinese Criminal." (China). Three illustration pertaining to "Iceland" including "Selsund-Hecla in the Distance," "Curiosity to See the Stranger," and "Going into the Crater."Doublepage centerfold . containing a few smaller illustration pertaining to "War Time in Bavaria.". A Thomas Nast political cartoon is on the back page.
