HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, November 19, 1870  The nearly full front page illustration is entitled "Take a Chance?" A text article on the third page is "The New York and Brooklyn Bridge" which is talking of the new proposed bridge. Halfpage illustrations 'Washing for Diamond at the New Diamond Fields in S. Africa' and 'Diamond Miners Gambling at Night'. A halfpage illustration "M. Issadier's Balloon, From Paris, Descending Near Dreux". A fullpage "Behind the Ramparts - A Critical Moment". An article "French Soldiers" contains three large illustrations. "The Strasburg Cathedral" includes a 3/4 page illustration. Full page: 'Taking The Census' is timely.
Complete in 16 pages and contains additional prints and related text.

Note:  The Supplement, "Bird's-Eye View Of The Southern End Of New York And Brooklyn, Showing The  Projected Suspension-Bridge Over The East River..." is not included, but is occasionally available (priced separately).  Be in touch in needed.
