A nearly half page illustration is "Mowing with the Camel in the New York Central Park".  "The Old North Dutch Church" article features a quarter page illustration of the fire. Two pages feature full illustrations "An Invalid Going South for the Winter - Scene on Board a Southern-Bound Steamer from New York" and "Ruined" which is of a family dealing with Stock market loss issues.  'Indigo Manufacture in Tirhoot, Lower Bengal' and 'Smokers on the Himalayas' shows a new way of smoking tobacco.
