HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, October 24, 1863  The full front page is a print: "The War in East Tennessee--Reception of General Burnside by the Unionists of Knoxville". Inside has a full page: "The Life of a Spy--In Nine Tableaux" showing 9 scenes. Another fullpg: "Service and Shoddy--A Picture of the Times" has 6 prints.
The doublepage centerfold is by Thomas Nast: "Honor The Brave" and is very displayable. Other prints include: "How the Rebels Destroy Railroads--Twisting the Rails" "View of Richmond, Virginia, from the Libey Prison" "The Army of the Potomac--The Blue Ridge, From General Shaler's Headquarters & "...Somerville Ford on the Rapidan, Sixty-Ninth Pennsylvania Volunteers, Webb's Brigade, on Picket."
The back page has a political cartoon. Much text in this issue on the Civil War. Complete in 16 pages.
