EVENING PUBLIC LEDGER, Philadelphia, PA., June 17, 1940. Paper has large, bold, banner head that reads, "France Surrenders" with subheads, "Petain Peace Plea Ends Fighting; We'll Battle Alone, Britain Says", "French Cabinet in Session To Await Terms of Germany". Paper has minor wear and tear at the fold causing small amounts of text loss. Otherwise, in good condition! See photo for additional details.
