Page 3 has an article: "Marquis De La Fayette" which is a report on him. This is followed by an: "Address of the Legislature of the State of North Carolina to his Excellency George Washington, President of the United States" concerning his retirement as President.
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, very nice condition.
