THE NEW YORK TIMES, November 6, 1946

* John F. Kennedy's 1st political seat victory
* Massachusetts Representative

This issue has various election news and results across the country with nice front page headlines concerning Thomas Dewey's victory.
However on page 6 under: "LODGE BEATS WALSH IN MASSACHUSETTS" are some election results for that state. Within this reporting is mention of a young John F. Kennedy winning a Representative seat with the text: "A New Representative will be young John F. Kennedy, son of the former Ambassador to England"
Although a very discrete report, an important one on the 1st political seat of the future U.S. President.
Also on page 9 is a large chart of election winners across the United States with Kennedy's name within. (see)
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day. Complete in 48 pages, rag edition in very nice condition.
