Inside has: "Latest Southern News--The Landing of the Enemy on Tybee Island--The Enemy Upon the Louisiana Coast--The Blockaders off Texas" "From the North" "To the Friends of the 13th Virginia Regiment" and an interesting editorial: "What the War Is For" and other items.
Four pages, various wear at margins & folds with minor loss at fold junctures, archival mends to the bottom of several vertical folds, never bound nor trimmed.
