This newspaper features one of the larger & more decorative masthead engravings to be found in a colonial America newspaper.
Page 3 has a letter to William Tryon, governor of New York, with his response signed in type: W. Tryon. This is followed by a report from Philadelphia noting the arrival of Richard Penn, governor of Pennsylvania.
Four pages, slightly irregular at the spine, nice condition.
