The top of the front page has a nice heading on the "Black Sox" scandal from the 1919 World Series: "Eight Chicago Players Suspended Following Cicotte's Confession"" with subheads: "Pitching 'Ace' of White Sox Admits That He Was Influenced by Professional Gamblers to 'Throw' 1919 Series" "Filled With Remorse, Asserts the Twirler" "Hopes of Comiskey Machine Practically Killed in Official Edict Barring Players From Further Participation in Close Pennant Chase".
The report takes an entire ftpg. column and concludes on page 10. Page nice has a nice graphic headed: "Serious Charges Grow Out Of Baseball Gambling Quiz."
