Page 3 has reports from "America", notably from the Southern campaign with a dateline from Charleston on a skirmish in the vicinity. Also that Charles presented Lord Rawdon with a "...loyal and affectionate address previous to his embarking for England..." with his return of thanks, signed: Rawdon.
Also a letter from St. Augustine concerning events there (see), then other items including: "...The New York and South Carolina fleets are all got round to Portsmouth..." and "...a very fine frigate of 32 guns named the Hancock, and built at L'Orient on account of Congress, was taken by two of his Majesty's cruisers...That Lord Cornwallis has been highly successful against the enemy in several skirmishes...that a very considerable number of inhabitants had come in for protection & taken the oaths of allegiance."
