"The Terms of Surrender" and more (see).  Included on the front page as well are the various correspondences between Grant & Lee outlining the details of the impending surrender signed in type: U.S.Grant and R. E. Lee. There is more reporting & graphics on pages 2 and 3 as well (see).
This is a "2nd rate" issue at best. Complete in four pages, but much wear at the central fold causes a few pieces to be missing plus some perforation & foxing at the fold as well. Some tears at the margins and various repairs inside. Offered at less than half the regular price.
