The top of page 3 has a "news flash" headed: "WAR DECLARED" noting: "An express from New York arrived...the following is an extract from a letter received..." which states: "I beg leave to acquaint you, that WAR was declared between France and England on the 25th of March...". This was the beginning of the Napoleonic Wars in Europe.
Four pages, an archival mend in this notice and more behind it on page 4 causing no loss of readability. Otherwise nice.
