ST. LOUIS GLOBE-DEMOCRAT, Oct. 8, 1885

* St. Louis Browns (Cardinals)
* American Association champions
* Major League Baseball players

Page 8 has a terrific--and very rare--graphic showing prints of each of the: "St. Louis Browns--American Association Champions" of baseball. Each is numbered & named, which include notables such as Latham, Gleason and Comiskey.
There is also a great article headed: "The Champion Browns" "A Monster Demonstration in Honor of the Victorious Ball Players" "A Triumphal March Through the Brilliantly Illuminated Streets--The Pyrotechnic Display--History of the Club". This article takes over half of the page.
Page 7 contains an advertisement for "Buffalo Bill's Wild West" show which includes a nice print of him.
Twelve pages, a tear to an unrelated inside page, good condition.
