The top of the front page has a two column headline: "HUTCHINSONS FEARED LOST; PLANE WITH 8 DOWN AT SEA; AID GOES FROM GREENLAND" with subheads. History shows that this famous flying family crash-landed off Greenland, stranded for several days before being picked by a fishing vessel. This event made the Hutchinsons national figures. Always nice to have notable events in history reported in this World famous publication.
