The front page has two reports under "America", datelined from New York and Philadelphia (see), and page 2 has a letter from New Bern, North Carolina (see). And there is yet another full column article concerning the American situation on another page, and includes: "...the American parts of these dominions are inexcusable, in demanding such unjust, absurd, unreasonable exemption..." with more on the taxation issue (see).
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, nice condition.
