THE MORNING POST & DAILY ADVERTISER, London, June 16, 1791 Page 2 has an item item headed: "Boxing" noting: "The fight between Ward and Mendoza...we can assure our readers will not be fought until next Wednesday...yet that nor no other place is fixed for the scene of action, which will not be divulged until two or three days before the contest." This is concerning Daniel Mendoza, the famous Jewish boxer (see hyperlink).
Four pages, red tax stamp on page 3, very nice condition.
