The first column features a nice stack of headlines concerning the Civil War, but the best content is on the back page which has about 5 columns taken up with: "The Defeat At Manassas" "Mr. Russell's Account to the London Times--A Cowardly Rout and Causeless Panic--Scenes in Washington After the Retreat".
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, wear at the margins with some repairs at the spine.
