October 15, 1893

OMAHA DAILY BEE, Nebraska, Oct. 15, 1893  This is Section 3 of this newspaper which reports on the opening of "Krug's Brewery" with first column headlines announcing the grand event, with further heads including: "It Is To Be thrown Open to the Public on Tuesday" "A General Invitation Is Extended" "One of the Finest Equipped Breweries in the West" "Built In Most Substantial Manner" "The Climax of Thirty-five Years Untiring Business Energy" "The Brewery buildings In Detail" "Historic Facts and Data Regarding the Growth & Enterprise of One of the Largest and Best Known Breweries in the West".
The detailed text takes an entire page and is supplements with an illustration of: "Mr. Fred Krug" as well as a nice bird's-eye-view of the brewery. (see the photos).
Present are pages 16-20 of this day's issue. Some margin wear, otherwise rather nice condition. Nice for display as such.
