Among the first column Heads are: "THE INSURRECTION" "More United States Troops Sent Into Virginia" "Martial Law Proclaimed in Alexandria" "Anticipated "Attack on Norfolk Today" "The Plan for the Capture of Harper's Ferry" and much more (see).
Eight pages, a few very discrete archival mends at margins, very nice condition.
