Over half of page 2 is taken up with some great discussion in the New York General Assembly concerning a call for another convention to debate the Constitution, and choosing delegates to represent New York in the new federal congress, etc. Fine reading from this very early period in the creation of the federal government, which would not sit for the first time for another five weeks.
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, very nice condition.
