Almost the entire front page is taken up with Mexican War reports, including: "Dispatches From Gen. Scott" "Army Court Martial" "Official Dispatches - Battles of Contreras and Churubusco - Report of Major General Scott" this being two lengthy & detailed reports signed in type: "Winfield Scott.
Mexican War reports continue to take much of pg. 2 with: "Reports of Commanders of Divisions to the Commander-in-Chief - Report of Major General Pillow" and "Report of Brevet Major General Worth" each signed in type by them. Also: "Army Court Martial".
Four pages, minor archival repair on pg. 2 affects a word or two on pgs. 1 & 2, otherwise quite nice.
