NEW YORK TIMES, Nov. 13, 1864 The top of the first column of the front page has heads: "SOUTHERN NEWS" "Important Message From Governor Brown, of Georgia" "Expose of the Condition of the Confederacy" "He Bitterly Opposes Jeff. Davis" "Condition of the Rebel Finances", with Governor Brown's message taking over half of the front page.
Also on the front page is: "The Question of Army Negroes" published in Alabama newspapers (see).
Eight pages, nice condition.
