* Man walks on the Moon
Neil Armstrong's step onto the moon's surface created one of the most historic front pages of the 20th century. This newspaper suitably noted the achievement with a 2-line full-banner headline: "History's Footprints Are Etched in Moon", with a large photo and the subheading: "Astronauts Blast Away From Moon" and "Lunar Landing Feet, Moonwalk Stuns World." In just 66 years achievements in aviation took man from his first, several hundred yard journey at Kitty Hawk to landing on the moon.
Front page only, 2 pages, very nice condition.
