Page 2 begins with: "The National Capitol" "The Inauguration" and various subheads, with much text on the details of the 2nd inauguration of Abraham Lincoln. Included is: "The Inaugural Address"  which includes the famous phrase: "...With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right, as God gives us to see the right, let us strive to finish the work we are in..." (see).
There are many reports on the Civil War throughout, including: "Colored Troops in the rebel Army--What They Will Do".
