Page 3 has: "The Piratical Schooner" which is an early report on the slave ship Amistad (see). The Amistad case ended with a landmark decision by the Supreme Court in 1842. It began with a rebellion of slaves on board the Spanish schooner of this name in 1839. It was also the subject of a 1997 film of the same name by Stephen Spielberg.
Four pages, rejoined at the spine, nice condition.
