Page 3 has a somewhat brief report noting that: "The Constitution for the state of Maine was adopted in the Convention on Thursday..." with a bit more. This was an important step in its quest for statehood which would happen Just 4 months later. Pg. 3 also has: "The Pirate Mitchell" being a report from Cuba noting: "This celebrated character has made his appearance off our coast...The leader or captain of the pirates proved to be Mitchell...loss of the pirates was 2 killed..." and more.
Four pages, very nice condition.
